---Registration Information---

  • There are three types of registrations for ICICS 2025: Author Registration, Regular Registration and Student Registration.
  • At least one author for each accepted paper must complete an Author Registration in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
  • Each registration includes a conference kit, coffee breaks, lunches, gala dinner and access to all conference sessions.
  • Cancellation policy: Full refund until September 15 2025, no refund request will be considered after this date.

    如需开具国内报销正式发票，请填写以下信息:
    中国作者请填写发票抬头和税号，信息提交后不可再次修改 （建议和报销单位核实后填写）。
    统一开具增值税普通电子发票，发票内容统一开具“会议注册费”(无法开具 “版面费”或 “论文注册费”)，需要专票的作者，提交注册材料时，在邮件内容里面注明即可。
